The
United States-Panama Business Council (USPA) is in
its eighth year of operation. It is one of the most
effective bi-national business organizations in the
United States and is recognized as a leader in
U.S.-Panama relations. It has been instrumental in
projecting the relations between the two countries
and strengthening understanding and cooperation.
Panama
and the United States have embarked on a new
relationship since the transfer of the Panama Canal
in which new avenues are being sought in order to
strengthen the friendship between the two countries
and expand business opportunities. This year’s
theme is Panama: Finance, Trade and Service Center
of the Americas.
