Embassy Residence in Washington, DC.
The original lithograph was presented during Panama Week 1999
by the USPA Board of Directors to the Embassy
Residence in Washington, DC. It is USPA's
tradition to present all outgoing Panamanian
Ambassadors with a copy of the limited edition of
20. USPA awarded the thirteen Ambassadors who
had served in Washington since the signing of the
1977 Panama Treaties with a copy.
