, Fairfax, VA (August 1993 - Present) - In August 1993, Mr. Renzi joined ManTech International Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of ManTech Field Engineering Company. Mr. Renzi has solid credentials in the Defense communications field. His duties encompass corporate business development endeavors relating to Defense communication activities. In this capacity, Mr. Renzi plays a very key role in implementing and coordinating ManTech International Corporation's strategic planning. He possesses unique interpersonal skills and has an extensive background in all segments of our Government business. In this capacity, he supports all segments of ManTech International Corporation. In addition, Mr. Renzi is the Director of Business Development in the Pacific Rim. Our recent interest in establishing a strong business presence as a major systems information company in areas such as Australia, Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan and other Pacific Rim regional countries reflects a need for someone with Mr. Renzi's capabilities to implement strategic planning and development in allowing the company to significantly expand in the international marketplace.

President, ManTech Defense Systems Group (DSG), Chantilly, VA (October 1995 - April 1996) - As Group President of DSG, the largest operational revenue producer in ManTech International Corporation, Mr. Renzi is responsible for the successful management and operation of C4I contracts in support of the Department of Defense and National Federal Agencies. This support includes a major counter-narcotics effort: the Counter-Narcotics Command Management System (CN/CMS). In addition, Mr. Renzi’s responsibilities include the management and control of ManTech organizations involved in the development and installation of Automatic Communications Test equipment, installed and operating in major communications technical control facilities globally, and a major organization involved in studies and analysis assisting customers at the highest levels of Government, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Defense.

President, ManTech Telecommunications and Information Systems Corporation (MTISC), Chantilly VA (April 1996 - Present) Mr. Renzi was promoted to President of MTISC, a newly formed corporate operating element combining ManTech Information Systems and several other smaller corporate subsidiaries. In this capacity, he directs the operation of an international information systems company with annual revenue of over $92 million dollars. This company, a direct subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation, employs over 1,100 employees located in 27 states and approximately 35 locations worldwide.

MTISC is recognized as a technical leader in telecommunications systems design, development and installation of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) in the worldwide market. The company’s experience spans the entire life cycle of information systems and telecommunications support, with a heavy emphasis on comprehensive on-site installation, operation, maintenance and engineering support. Today, the corporation is a recognized expert in advanced telecommunications systems testing, integration, information security, and secure data processing.

Under his leadership, the corporation has been able to respond to worldwide engineering and technical support requirements during unique contingency situations such as MTISC’s support of Operations Just Cause, Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Restore Hope, and counter-narcotics operations in North, Central, and South America.

Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association
, Fairfax, VA (June 2003 – Present) In June 2003, Mr. Renzi was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AFCEA International. AFCEA serves as a bridge between government requirements and industry capabilities, representing the top government, industry, and military professionals in the fields of information technology, communications, and intelligence. AFCEA currently has 20,000 individual members, 10,000 corporate associates and 1,000 corporate sponsors. AFCEA’s members, associates and sponsors are among the worlds leading designers, planners, manufacturers, testers and users of systems, services and components for IT, communications, and intelligence.

(April 1991 - August 1993) As Vice President, responsible for the division of Programs, which includes all the AFCEA-sponsored conferences and symposia; and Membership Services, comprising chapter operations, corporate operations and individual membership. Traveled extensively throughout the country and around the world, attending and speaking at AFCEA-sponsored events as well as visiting AFCEA chapters.

United States-Panama Business Association, (1999 – Present) On October 24, 2002, Mr. Renzi was named Chairman of the Board United States-Panama Business Association. The association was formed to foster business and cultural relationships between the United States, Panama and Central and South American countries.

A truly bi-national organization, USPA has a chapter both in Panama and the United States with a fully staffed office, and representatives from both countries serve on its Boards. Through its affiliations, the Council acts as the principal representative of numerous Panamanian and U.S. companies, facilitating trade and investment between the two nations, and promoting strategic alliances and joint ventures.

United States Army, (1957 - 1990) Mr. Renzi retired from the United States Army in 1990. At the time of his retirement, he was the Director for Command and Control and Communications Systems, US Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. Mr. Renzi served as the primary advisor and manager for C3 Systems in support of the Commander in Chief, USPACOM. He was responsible for ensuring that USCINCPAC had adequate C3S to provide strategic direction to all assigned and supporting forces in peacetime and for joint and combined operations during war and contingency operations. He developed policies, plans, and programs for Joint and Combined Tactical C3 Systems, the Defense Communications System, Military Satellite Communications Systems and Automatic Data Processing Systems. Mr. Renzi developed concepts for design of future USPACOM C3 and ADP systems and was responsible for supporting the National Military Command System in the USPACOM.

Mr. Renzi's tours included duty as a Communications Staff Officer, Military Assistance Command, Republic of Vietnam; Staff Officer, Army Strategy and Tactics Analysis Group, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, Washington, DC; Senior Management Analyst and Team Chief, Organization Management Branch, Office of the Chief of Staff, Washington, DC; Commander, 40th Signal Battalion, Fort Huachuca, Arizona; Secretary of the General Staff, USA Communications Command, Fort Huachuca; Chief, Signal Corps Branch, Officer Personnel Management Directorate, USA Military Personnel Center, Alexandria, Virginia; and Special Assistant to the Project Manager, Vertical Installation Automation Baseline, USA Communication Systems Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. In 1980, General Renzi became Commander of the Operations Command, USA Communications Command, Washington, D.C. He was then assigned as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, USA Communication Command, Fort Huachuca, in 1982.

General Renzi has had extensive experience in Panama and Central and South America. He commanded the largest Army telecommunications organization of the United States Army Communications Command. He was responsible for the security, daily communications operations and maintenance and support of the U.S. Forces stationed in Panama, and the telecommunications security and operational support of the Panama Canal. These positions required frequent interface and coordination at the highest levels of the Government of Panama.

In his present capacity as President of the ManTech Telecommunications Corp., he has representatives in every country in Central and South America providing communications support to United States Embassies, Federal Agencies, as well as local law enforcement organizations. In 1984, General Renzi became Chief, Contingency Support Division, Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Washington, DC. He became Director, Defense Communications Systems, Organization/Deputy Director, Defense Communications Systems, USA Element, Defense Communications Agency, Washington, DC, in 1986. In 1987, General Renzi became the Commanding General, 7th Signal Command at Fort Ritchie, Maryland.

EDUCATION
Mr. Renzi attended Northeastern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1957. Mr. Renzi received a Master of Science degree in Education from Northeastern University in 1966. He attended the USA Army Command and General Staff College in 1970 and the National War College in 1979.

Mr. Renzi's awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal with oak leaf cluster, Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal with oak leaf cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal and Army Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters.
